Seeking Safety
Skills Group

Our Seeking Safety Skills Group, based on the book of the same name by Lisa, M. Najavits, is an evidence based model that helps participants manage emotional dysregulation that affects their quality of life and relationships.  With emphasis on creating safety and building skills, each week will focus on a specific topic to address coping skills and regulation.  Through this group, participants learn to better control their emotions and resulting behaviors.

Seeking Safety focuses on the present.  This means that you will not be asked to reveal upsetting stories for trauma or addiction.
